All conference events, other than the banquet, are included in the cost of full registration. Active membership in AOSA or Carl Orff Canada at the time of conference is required for member discounts. Click here to join or renew.

Saturday: 7:00 a.m.—11:00 a.m.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by fax, 440.543.2687, mail to AOSA Headquarters, or e‐mailed to service@aosa.org no later than October 30. Refunds will
be assessed a $30 processing fee.

CONFERENCE EXTRAS

Banquet $50
A ticket is required to attend all banquet events as described on page 3 of the Call to Conference. Can be purchased with registration.

Preorder Conference Logo Items

logo items will be available for sale on site. Order pick up is only available at the AOSA Boutique.

Guest Badge $33
Provides access to guests of registered attendees entrance to all non‐ticketed sessions, such as the Welcome and Closing ceremonies, Children's concerts, evening events, and the Exhibit Hall. Please provide the name of guest at time of registration.

Printed Session notes $20
In addition to the complimentary on‐line session notes, AOSA is pleased to offer printed session notes for purchase. These printed notes, at a cost of $20, will be available for pre‐purchase only and will only include notes submitted by presenters prior to the October 1st deadline. To purchase, please choose the printed session
notes option on the registration form.
