• The Red Lion Hotel at the Park is located at the edge of Riverfront Park and just 486 footsteps from the Convention Center, across the scenic footbridge looking over the river. The walk takes approximately 4 minutes. Recently remodeled guest rooms include the following amenities:  fitness center, indoor pool and sauna, and complimentary Internet. • The Red Lion River Inn is located less than a 10-minute walk from the Convention Center utilizing Spokane’s Centennial Trail.   Guests have easy access to the Convention Center, shopping and entertainment.  Contemporary rooms are furnished with comfort, high-speed wireless Internet access, complimentary parking and airport transportation, fitness center and include a complimentary continental breakfast.  Single, double, triple and quad occupancy is available.

Shuttle Information:

DOUBLETREE:
Shuttle service is complimentary to/from the Spokane International Airport. The shuttles run every half hour on the hour from 5am–1am. The pick up location is at ground transportation. Upon hotel check-in/arrival, the hotel suggests making an appointment at Guest Services for the return flight home. Guest services is located inside by the front entrance lobby area.

RED LION AT THE PARK / RED LION RIVER INN:
The airport shuttle is complimentary and runs 24 hours, however it does not run on a set schedule. When attendees arrive at the airport, they can call for a shuttle pickup via one of the courtesy phones located in baggage claim. It typically takes the shuttle about 15 minutes to arrive at the airport and the pickup location is at ground transportation. Upon hotel check-in/arrival, it is also suggested to make an appointment for the return ride to the airport. The appointment can be made with either the shuttle drive or the hotel front desk.

For those driving to Spokane, here is a parking information map. (pdf) Parking fees are: Doubletree, $16 per night, Red Lion Inn at the Park, $14, and Red Lion River Inn, free.

TAKE NOTE
AOSA must select conference sites and sign contracts with hotels and facilities years in advance. Part of the process includes settling minimum space requirements. AOSA must also negotiate with the hotels to secure the best rates for conference attendees. 
In order to reserve a site, AOSA has to contract a block of rooms years in advance. If this room block is not filled by conference attendees and exhibitors, substantial financial penalties will be due the hotels. This may ultimately impact the fiscal health of AOSA as conference income supports future conferences and other member benefit programs. This also could result in higher registration costs for future years. Please book your reservation at one of the contracted hotels listed above.  Thank you!
