The AOSA Conference Committee is planning another amazing conference, building on the continued success each conference brings to the professional development of our AOSA members. Your involvement is key to delivering the best conference experience to our members while providing you direct access to your target market and driving your sales. It’s a win-win!
New in 2012, the Exhibitors’ Sneak Preview and Reception will take place Thursday, November 15 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in Exhibit Hall 1 of the Cervantes Convention Center at America’s Center. The Welcome Ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m.in the Majestic Ballroom in the Renaissance Hotel.
2012 exhibit hours (pending) are as follows:
Thursday, 11/15
4:00–6:00 p.m. (Sneak Preview and Exhibitors’ Reception)
Friday, 11/16
9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Unopposed: 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2:30–3:45 p.m.
Saturday, 11/17
9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Unopposed: 9:15 a.m.–10:15 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.–1:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Set-Up will be Wednesday, November 14 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 15 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Exhibit tear down is scheduled from 2:00–6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 17.
While the Cervantes Convention Center at America’s Center is a union facility, significant changes have taken place to benefit the customers at America’s Center. Exhibitors can now set up their own booths of 300 square feet or less using hand tools. Exhibitors may also hang signs and graphics in their booths without union assistance. Materials unloaded from a privately-owned vehicle may be brought into the facility through a designated door and exhibitors can move their materials through the building with handcarts. Exhibitors may pack and unpack their own computers.

Current membership as an Industry Partner is a requirement for booth assignment. If you need to bring your membership current, please visit http://www.aosa.org/join.html to download the form and include it and the $120 industry membership dues with your exhibitor contract. When selecting your preferred booth location, please note that we do not allocate specific corner booths. You may request blocks of booths at the end of rows, but there will be a surcharge for those booths.
Also new this year, booth assignments will be made based on total years of participation in AOSA Conferences. In the case of a tie, preference will be given to those that exhibited at the 2011 conference, then those who exhibited at the most consecutive conferences prior to 2011, then by date the contract was submitted, and finally by random drawing.
To be included in the initial booth assignments, your contract must be received by April 30. After this date, applications received at AOSA Headquarters will be assigned as received.
