What should I wear? 
Bring comfortable cloths and shoes for sessions.  The banquet attire varies depending on the theme, but no one is ever out of place.  Also, bring a sweater as hotel room temperatures vary and are often quite cold.

What types of items should I bring?
Bring pencils, highlighters and sticky notes.  (Do not bring tape recorders or video cameras as they are not allowed in sessions or performances.)  Also, bring your favorite recorder.  

How much money will I need for meals?
There will be a range of choices.  Each hotel has a restaurant.  There will be kiosks and coffee shops in the Convention Center and there are restaurants within walking distance.  ATM machines are available if necessary.  Sometimes the restaurants may seem expensive, but if the portions are substantial, two may wish to split a sandwich.

What if I register for a session and then change my mind?
If you want to switch a session, you can go to registration on that day and see what other sessions have availability and make a trade.
