Sessions at the Heinz History Center

“Pour” into the Heinz History Center, an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institute, and “catch” a session with the Pittsburgh chapter of InterPlay, an innovative intergenerational program using movement and improvisation for the unlocking of the wisdom of the body. Travel through the museum with dance and drumming which will be led by Sheila Collins, (www.sheilakcollins.com),director of Wings and a Prayer Pittsburgh Players. Attendees need an admission ticket, available with a discounted rate of $5, the day of purchase or attendance at the session. The museum is located on 1212 Smallman St., just a few short steps from the Convention Center and the Westin Hotel. It is located in the Pittsburgh Strip District, known for its retail food, markets, unique shops, ethnic restaurants, and lively nightclubs.
